James Hall
After advancing to Senior Agent at North Artist Management and refining his practice at Divergent Talent Group, James traded nights in Soho for Spotlight submissions to found VIRR. Championing a true boutique ethos, James guides a curated roster of breakout graduates and established stage and screen talent alike, while maintaining an impressive array of performing credits in his own right.
Danny Whelan
Danny brings over a decade of industry expertise as a performer, teacher, and director. A Mountview DADA graduate, his credits include Bat Out of Hell, Les Misérables, Miss Saigon, and An Officer and a Gentleman. He brings an empathetic, honest, and personable hand to representation at VIRR.
Santino Zapico
Santino serves as the operational engine room at VIRR, connecting clients and agents. He joins with a rich background in DTC marketing and e-commerce, alongside performing credits including Disney's The Greatest Showman (Original Cast) and the School of Rock International Tour.
