James Hall | Director |Agent

After advancing to Senior Agent at North Artist Management and later refining his expertise at Divergent Talent Group, James recognised that his sharp honesty and keen attention to detail were invaluable assets in talent management. Overseeing clients from submission through to contract negotiation, he has secured deals across commercial theatre and screen. This led to the creation of Virr Collective—a boutique agency committed to curating meaningful and strategically guided careers.

Jamie O’Leary | Agent Assistant

Jamie made his professional debut in CURVE’s revival of the iconic ‘A Chorus Line’ as Mark Anthony. Jamie has also performed in shows such as ‘Grease’, playing the role of Doody as well as originating the role of Alex in ‘Catfish The Musical’.

Since then, Jamie has worked in the London offices of both North Artist Management and Divergent Talent Group where he met the firecracker that is James. Jamie is fiercely passionate about his work and strongly believes in fostering sincere, worthwhile relationships with both clients and industry contacts alike.
